Essex Hog Roasts offers a complete hog or spit roast catering service for 40 to 800 people.
Carving a Hog Roast Whatever the occasion be it a wedding, corporate event, anniversary, christening, funeral, topping off party, boat launch, shoot (pheasants or photos)! Essex Hog Roasts are happy to help with the right menu tailored to your requirements.
You can keep it simple with a hog roast covered in great crackling served with apple sauce and baps, or go the whole hog for a wedding reception served with style from canapes and starters, roast with salads or vegetables, through to desserts, cheese board and coffee.
We also provide a free range roast hog roast from the famous Blythburgh herd in Suffolk and can provide organic salads to go with it. Other options are lamb roast, beef, gammon, turkey and chicken spit roasts, barbeques and a great paella.
Our ethos is to serve good, hearty food in generous quantities! Most of our food is freshly homemade by us (bar a few desserts) and we really DO use quality ingredients. What we don’t make is sourced from specialist suppliers.
We are particularly proud of our friendly and experienced staff who will always go the extra mile to make your special day a memorable one – if you chose Essex Hog Roasts you can rest assured that you won’t have to give the catering another thought, leaving you free to enjoy the day.
We can also supply crockery, cutlery, linen, glasses, furniture and marquee.
We regularly work at Braxted Park, Newland Hall, The Reid Rooms, Mangapps, Marks Hall, Ingatestone Hall, Cressing Temple Barns, High Barn, Great Sir Hughes Barn, The Skinner’s (Guild) Hall in London and many other wedding venues including Syon Park and Hampton Court House.
