Hog Roast, Flaming Hog roast, BBQ Hog, Spit Roast, Pig on a Stick! it doesn't matter how you say it nothing beats a hog roast that has been basting and cooking for 6/8 hours, Hog Roast sand lamb roasts are so popular these days with delicious crunchy crackling, beautiful moist & tender meat falling off the bone. The entire theatre of seeing a whole hog or lamb roast turning gets your stomach churning to eat it.
We have been cooking hog roasts, lamb roast and bbq's in Hampshire, Surrey and Berkshire for over 6 years and have become so much more popular these days and add a really different way of entertaining that can be very good value for money
What happen's is for one of our very well trained piggy chefs to travel to your venue with the pig mounted on the spit roast machine we then baste the hog roast with olive oil, sea salt and secret herbs and start the cooking process, this can be done the traditional spit roast method by digging a fire pit or over a tray with coal and flavoured log fires or on a specially designed hog/lamb roast machine. The specially designed hog roast machine acts very much like a traditional spit over a fire but is far safer.
The Spit Roast Catering is an amazing spectacle for all your guests and we can cook either for outdoor major events or indoor marquees and halls where applicable. Although the spit pig roast is normally the main focus to the event our well trained and professional hog roast chefs can prepare all manner of different accompaniments to ensure that all guests dietary requirements are catered for. Our hog spit roast catering events can cater for parties from 100 to 4000 and are perfect for weddings, social gatherings, major events, birthday parties and corporate hospitality. Lamb or Hog Roaster! we can also cook chickens, turkeys, beef ribs, pretty much anything (we are looking for a challenge) we have even cooked whole buffalo's and Hereford cows!!
A pig Hog or lamb roast completes any occasion, we cook the meat longer and slower which can produce beautiful succulent meat and when accompanied by our homemade sauces and freshly baked bread its fantastic and we also provide homemade organic salads to accompany the hog or lamb roast. A hog roast machine can roast a wide selection of meat and even vegetables if required.
We also give you the option to have a DIY Hog Roast, we will come along and give training on the machine and how to carve the hog roast this is a cost-effective if you host events on a regular basis. We also can provide canape's, starters and desserts, drinks packages, service staff, Laundry, Furniture, Bar Facilities, Security, entertainment and event management
